Wellness Stage Applicants

Brookline Recreation Mission:

Our mission is to enhance the quality of life through enriching activities, which support the Brookline community in developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.  

We focus on active programs that help support physical, mental, and social health.

Directions to Apply for the Wellness Stage:

Please write us a short paragraph (200 words or less) on how you plan to support BREC’s Mission and healthy lifestyles in general.  

Important Note: Keep in mind that although each presenter may see this as a marketing opportunity - we see this stage as supporting the mission of the Recreation Department.  

Each applicant agrees that by applying to be on the Brookline Day Wellness Stage, they focus on:

• The healthy activities that can be done in a standing position.
• Abstain from overt marketing of their business. Though the casual introduction of yourself and closing by mentioning your business is acceptable.  
• We hope to see a wide variety of applicants who want to do educational, inspirational, or healthy activities at this stage.
• Wellness Stage presenters will also participate at Brookline Day as a vendor at the $50 level. Please click here for vendor information.

The Recreation Department Administration will make selections by September 7 and will contact businesses by September 9.
